2. Services Offered
   We provide advertising, lead generation, CRM setup, funnel design, and automation services designed for immigration industry professionals. Custom packages may include recurring subscriptions or pay-per-lead/performance pricing.
3. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to:

• Engage with leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Not reassign or resell leads to third parties without written permission.
• Provide truthful and timely information for ads, forms, and targeting.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

• All payments are final. No refunds are issued once leads are delivered or campaigns have launched.
• Invoices for performance-based services (e.g., per-lead or per-booked call) are due upon delivery of the agreed volume.
• If a lead meets agreed-upon criteria (e.g., name, phone, email, country of interest), it is considered a billable event, regardless of whether the lead converts.

5. Performance-Based Billing

• Clients on a performance plan agree to pay for each verified lead or qualified booking, as defined in the service agreement.
• Disputes regarding leads must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Disputes raised beyond this period will not be reviewed.

• All leads delivered are licensed to the client for internal use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or commercial use beyond internal client onboarding must be pre-authorized in writing.
• Marketing funnels, landing pages, and other creative work remain our intellectual property unless transferred via written agreement.

7. Results & Guarantees
   While we aim to produce optimal results, marketing performance can vary. We make no guarantees of ROI, conversions, or client sign-ups. Performance is influenced by the client’s sales process, follow-up time, and service offering.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Crightney Immigration Inc., including its division Crightney Marketing Solutions, shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, clients, or damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability shall never exceed the total fee paid in the past 30 days.
